Rose Training talks about the rewarding career of a celebrant.
As a celebrant, conducting a marriage ceremony is one of the most beautiful things you can do for someone on a personal level. Current figures show that civil ceremonies are rapidly overtaking church or religious ceremonies, due to the increased flexibility and the ability to adapt a wedding ceremony to different needs, requirements or desires.
Gary Rose, CEO of Rose Training Australia and himself a qualified and practicing Celebrant, says the following:
“Becoming a celebrant is a truly fantastic decision to make. Being such a part of people’s big and momentous occasions is always awe-inspiring. I have officiated over many weddings, naming ceremonies and even a number of funerals, and to be able to tailor an event to meet someone’s needs is something that I could never take for granted. It is a real honour to be chosen to assist with a day that is, regardless of it being a naming, wedding or funeral, going to be remembered by a number of people for a long time”.
Rose Training Australia, founded by Gary and Karen Rose (Karen is also a practicing celebrant) are pleased to be able to offer the Cert IV in Celebrancy (CHC42608) – 1 of only 15 RTOs nationally who are approved to deliver this fantastic qualification. Once you’ve completed the competencies required in either our Intensive 5-day or our flexible Saturday course here in our Brisbane campus, you’ll then have the qualification you need to contact the Commonwealth’s Attorney-General office and lodge your application.
The team at Rose Training Australia can deliver such a fantastic course, because not only are they superb vocational trainers, they are practicing and current Celebrants, celebrants who take great pride and reward from being part of events that create such lifelong memories.
