Cert IV TAE – 60 seconds with a current student
This week, our superstar Cert IV TAE (that’s Training and Assessment) teacher Amy Sommers took the opportunity to sit down with one of our current Cert IV Training and Assessment Tuesday night students to see just what they thought of our class…
Let’s see what Cert IV TAE student Steph had to say:
Amy: How far into the Cert IV TAE class are you Steph?
Steph: Tonight is my 6th week of the Tuesday night “After-Hours” class.
Amy: Why did you decide to join the Certificate 4 Training and Assessment class?Steph: I recently completed the Certificate IV Work Health and Safety with Serge, and wanted to complete the TAE so that I could become a Safety Officer.
Amy: So far, what has been the highlight of your course?Steph: I would have to say that completing my presentation was definitely a highlight! That… and the sandwiches.
Amy: What is one thing that you have learned that has really surprised you?
Steph: It was very interesting learning how to teach other people who may have a different learning ability to myself..
Amy: Tell us about your trainer?
Steph: Amy is great – very personable, knowledgeable and takes the time to work with us to ensure that we are fully understanding of the material.
Amy: What would make the course better?
Steph: Honestly? Nothing…
Amy: Would you recommend Rose Training Australia to your colleagues, friends or family?
Steph: Considering this is the 2nd course I have studied here this year, yes. I am trying to get people on-board as we speak – I’m really enjoying it!
There we have it! Our current student Steph seems to be really enjoying our flexible Tuesday night TAE course!
